I wrote about MacTel Killing Mac Gaming a few weeks ago, then I came across
Cider a technology designed to quickly port to the Intel-based Mac games written for Windows API. So, it appears I may have been mistaken...assuming developers decide to take advantage of tools such as Cider and not just fail to release Mac versions, expect Mac gamers to own Windows as well. After all, Windows is an expensive add-on, although I wouldn't be surprised if big-time Mac gamers have a copy of Windows in their gaming toolbelt anyway.
